A Single Webpage or Gateway Page
Design of a single web page, optional e-mail enquiry links included along with
website set up, loading and testing of site. All photography, copy and artwork
provided by client. Needed adjustments to client provided art work is included.
If art work or photography is not available, GDI may provide it for you. Just
ask for a quote. |

Small Website
Design of a three to five page website, e-mail enquiry links and one form if
needed, website set up, loading and testing of site. All web pages will share a
matching continuity of design, programming features and top or bottom of page
links if so desired. |

Standard Website
Design of an six to ten page, search engine optimized website, multiple e-mail
enquiry links and up to two email reply forms, plus other interactive features
by arrangement, web space set up, loading and testing of site, internet and web
crawler friendly pages. Creation of posted media releases from provided copy.

Site Size and Site Images: The number of pages
shown for each web design package should only be taken as a general guide. Sites
can incorporate photos, graphics, logos, illustrations etc., supplied by the
client, created by Graphic Details or retained from stock agencies by GDI on
behalf of the client.
There may be additional charges for the purchase, creation or origination of
graphics, logos and other images.
E-mail Enquiry Forms: If a website requires an
enquiry form, please be prepared to provide a rough layout of the form showing
the information required. Enquiries are sent automatically to the e-mail address
provided by the client. (Note: not all hosting options are suitable for enquiry
forms. If in doubt, please ask for more information). If you are hosting with
Cool Iguana, coded forms are not a problem.

Above cost examples assume that our partner company
Cool Iguana will be hosting your
website. The cost of site hosting (web space) for your site is not included in
the suggested package prices shown above. Graphic Details discounts web services
substantially for clients hosting with Cool Iguana..
If you wish to host your own site or use another company
other than Cool Iguana for hosting, GDI will deliver your website on a disk for
you to upload to the service of your choice. GDI will perform the upload on
request for a fee. Please note that
not all design options are possible for all
hosting company platforms. As a default, GDI designs for Lynix comparable
programming and databases. If in doubt that your website programming is
compatible with your hosting company of choice, please ask for more information.
Alternatively, a domain name can be registered and
stand-alone web space can be purchased through GDI. After meeting with our
designers and or programmers GDI will secure your domain name and web space with
Cool Iguana, or you may do so yourself at
www.cooliguana.com.

Ongoing Monthly Website Service
Graphic Details in association with Cool Iguana Hosting service offers a unique
and affordable alternative to hiring an in house IT manager or web designer.
GDI will monitor and make any and all
corrections to your website (and database if applicable) continually each month
keeping an eye out for problems such as corrupted programming, virus driven
issues, hacker damage or other security risks. Additionally GDI will confirm
that all links are connecting as they should, and report any off site dead
links.If your website has a gallery or photo
section that was created by GDI, this monthly service includes the updating or
even the replacement of up to three galleries or pages each month. This even
includes replacement of GDI created photo slide shows.
If you require product additions and or text corrections GDI will perform this
service without additional charge, (extensive changes may be extra, please
inquire).
All required maintenance and repair services are included along with scheduled
website back ups. This kind of personalized service will keep your site up and
running with out unsuspected service fees to pay, not to mention the comfort and
peace of mind of knowing that your web site is taken care of by IT professionals
no matter what the world wide web throws art it. |

Internet Compatibility and Check Up:
Comprehensive website promotion. This website check up Includes a thorough
review of all site code to ensure maximum effectiveness with search engines. If
your site is new, or has not been promoted before a thorough, in depth look into
the mechanics of your site may pay off with better search engine results. This
insight to your website is necessary to find out what other services your site
may need.
First-Time Promotion: Your site will be optimized
for web crawlers and key word search robots then registered with top web
directories and search engines. These will include all the directories that
relate to your type of product or service. Pay per click options will be
discussed separately.
On Going Site Promotion: Your site should perform
at peak efficiency at all times. That said, GDI will inspect all parts of your
website's code and graphics to assure peak performance and display at all times.
An in depth review of the directories and search sites previously used will be
preformed to confirm that your listing is still active. Where necessary, Graphic
Details will re-apply for a new or renewed listing, additionally GDI will run
new searches for suitable sites and apply for listings on any directories and
search sites that have opened since your site was last promoted.

product information offered in "web crawler friendly" style offers a whole
new world of search engine opportunities. It also is a great way to promote your
